"Was awoken at 6am on the first morning with sun lighting up the room. One of the blackout curtains was missing. When i raised this at reception, I was told by the staff that it is the same in all rooms. This was completely untrue. It was only replaced when i eventually spoke to a very helpful cleaner. The reception staff clearly need re-training. The hotel was satisfactory in other aspects"

"Air conditioning was not available (22-29 March) and we were told to just leave the windows open. Arrived 10pm - no water in room. No iron or steamer and no tea and coffee making facilities. Stayed recently in Occidental Granada which did have air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities and a steamer. "
