Staff were great, stayed in basic room, should have upgraded. Food is a let down, although a huge variety available, it just lack taste on few days there. In hindsight we should have done more research and book something nearer the bars and restaurants.
the staff were very friendly rooms very nice food was good nice facilities good location highly recommended

Budget holiday option
Clean hotel with great service. The hotel needs a refurb and is dated.
Pool is not big enough to cater for all guests and sun beds are gone early.
Good for budget family option

Good size room, nice view from large balcony. Requested kettle and extra pillows had to be chased up.
Downside was food in buffet. Not 4 star quality. Often luke warm. Poor quality meat, fatty. Also lack of spoons. Watery 'juice' from dispensers.
Drinks served in plastic cups via token system. Only able to have one drink at a time.
Location not very well served with buses. Approx 20 minute walk to trains which are regular. Not far from airport so do get noise from planes.
The hotel is perfectly located on the sea front.
The rooms are a good size - we had a sea view balcony which was great. Our room was a little dated but still good and kept clean daily.
The food offering in the main dining room is generally good with a good variety of food at each sitting. The menu changes each day. The dining room can get a bit busy during peak time but the food is kept replenished.
The all inclusive drink offering is good and is available 10:30 - 23:00. The bar staff are excellent and are very friendly and engaging.
The pool bar and pool snack bar also have a good offering with beer wine and soft drinks on self service and spirits and slushies at the bar. The pool snack bar does burgers, toasties and hot sandwiches and the bar does pizza.
The main pool is a good size and there is a reasonable area for sun loungers.
There is entertainment on during the day and a show on the evening. The entertainment team are excellent
The staff throughout the hotel are excellent, very friendly, engaging and happy to help.
Booked last minute and got the last room on site. Deal could have being better knowing that there was no chance we would get a sun bed or fit in with the crowded hotel. Nice staff who work very hard maintaining and serving the hotel. Also it’s very important the entertainment can be heard. I’m sure a lot of people struggle with languages without having a muffled microphone. Fabulous positioning with beach.

Ok but only because we paid for upgrade.
Managed to pay a bit to upgrade the room to the main hotel block the room we were given was dark and dingy in need of upgrading the door didn’t work it was also right by the kids club and pool bar area so we couldn’t sit on the terrace without being watched. Staff were helpful although in the dining room we bought drinks to keep our table when taking my daughter to the buffet only to find they’d been cleared when we returned to the table! Lovely area and beach.

Front desk person did not advise us correctly as to meals booked. Strange decor, esthetic. Clean enough I guess. Dining area was packed. Almost all elderly people here which is fine but we came with a family and young kids. Concern for cleanliness in buffet style eating with so many people. Staff in dining was kind and helpful though when the front desk person advised us incorrectly.

October holiday
We paid for an upgraded bedroom and so glad we did. Fixtures dated, rusted radiator, black walls around air conditioner and shower in bath. Reception responded quickly to bedroom door locking and air conditioning leaking, we suspect this happens regularly as they knew immediately how to fix these.
We were not aware at the time of booking that there is a two tier all inclusive system in place for guests and did not feel the additional 16 euro per day per person was value as alcohol does not play a large part of our holiday and would prefer to also spend our money outside of the resort for additional meal. We did not feel comfortable with this decisive system where friends are segregated and treated differently. I did wonder if it was this additional style that enabled the hotel to be graded 4* . This is the first hotel that I have visited when pool towels have not been provided as standard and there is no omelette station at breakfasts. The kitchen and waiting staff are polite and try their best however the range, amount and type of food was limited.
We did agree with the hotel’s sustainability policy in reusable cups as at previous holidays there’s such waste with cups lying around the pool area. The snack bar was excellent and again its opening times and where it was positioned reduced the likelihood of waste around the pool area. Entertainment team worked hard and we enjoyed the usual games, music and acts. Overall we would not return for the reasons stated above.
The hotel was nice, but the food at the buffet was almost the same every day. It would have been better with more variety and a larger selection, especially for a 4-star hotel. The pool was also very cold, so not many people went swimming. Overall, it would be fine for a 3-star hotel, but for a 4-star standard, I was not completely satisfied.

Allergic to sunflower oil. Usually they cook with olive oil in Spain, but here they cook everything with sunflower oil (it’s cheaper) and they couldn’t prepare anything for me in olive oil. So I had to eat sallad, eggs and yoghurt mainly and buy rest of food from the store instead. Also the buffé was a complete mess after 2 hours, and you only had to chose between water and wine at night as drink.
The schampo in our junior suite was diluted by water, the drinks was diluted, the coffee tasted water aswell.
Nice hotel ,good and diverse food, kind employees always with the smile, cheap public parking right next to hotel, beach across the street ,completly satisfied...Only down side is overcrawded pool, but in high season in every hotel is like that i guess..
Excellent choice for a February weekend.
Bustling hotel, conveniently located, if in need of a little updating.
Excellent food for breakfast and evening meal.
Friendly staff.
Rooms a little dated, but nice and clean
We enjoyed everything about the Hotel,... Especially the food.... We had a sea view, The Area was perfect for us, its opposite the beach... Its very flat, Great for walking. Will certainly return again. Little service bus outside the hotel, Keep up the good work!.
Elevator doesn’t work properly (we are on 8th floor). Took me 32 minutes to check out due to bad line management. Drinks are not fresh made and they make most of them out in the back from some kind of tap. Drinks look but and everything is served in a children’s plastic cup. Room keys doesn’t work properly, had to get it re-coded 8-9 times in 5 days which sucks when you’re on 8th floor and have to wait 15 minutes for the elevator to go down and then another 15 to go up. No chairs available by the pool. Same buffet every day. Rooms are ok but very tiny.

Basically this hotel cares for mass tourists, but not the quality. Food avarage and bit less in quality. Pool is dirty and water has leaves, hair everything.... could have clean them easily.
Place is indeed convenient.
