The hotel is located in a great central location, very walkable. I felt safe since I was alone. The rooms were quiet and beds very comfortable. There were slippers, even a straightener and robes. There was water and free drinks in the fridge. There was no wine in the room as promoted. The reception staff and guest services were not at all friendly except the housekeeping staff who came for turndown service. The room was clean but the shower needs a deep cleanup.

Very clean. All the staff with whom we interacted were very helpful and courteous. Great location. Wonderful breakfast (though we wish it started a little earlier).
