Cost effective, you may get a hard mattress

Mattress in each of two rooms provided to us were low to the floor and uncomfortably hard. Left the property two days early due to a front desk customer service issue post check -in. Marta addressed the issue quickly, and contacted Hotels.com for resolution. We appreciated this and are satisfied with the outcome.

El hotel está muy bien y la atención del personal muy buena. La limpieza también es muy buena, lo único quizá que le falta es algo de mantenimiento de las instalaciones (pintura...) pero en general muy recomendable.

Decepcionante

Lo único bueno del hotel es la atención en recepción. Ahora bien la habitación daba pena, las camas se le sienten los resortes, algunas almohadas no olían bien, el baño parecía sucio por su mal estado. El inodoro se dañó y quedó botando agua, la habitación tenía un ruido toda la noche cada 10 segundos y no sé bien que era, si el aire u otra cosa. Por favor no vayáis a este hotel ni por error. Por el precio se puede encontrar algo mucho mejor que esto. Las fotos que tienen en hoteles.com son de cuando me imagino que abran recién abierto el hotel porque el estado actual es totalmente diferente.

Mesmo com a situação atual de pandemia, este hotel consegue prestar um serviço muito bom. O único reparo sera acerca da pressão da água, que não é contante e nos proporciona duches com temperatura oscilante, que acho bastante desagradável...
