"We checked in at 11pm. Room only had a single hand towel and bath mat. We called front desk who indicated they would bring up some towels. We never received these towels. When checking in we had to walk thru a wall of cigarette smoke at the front of the hotel which was disgusting. Beer cans sitting ..."
