I had a wonderfully comfortable month-long stay here. It is hands down the best price in Bayview for a private room. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute walk to grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, and more. What made this stay truly exceptional was the landlord. Charles is a supportive, compassionate problem-solver, an absolute gentleman, and communication with him was always fast and easy. He genuinely goes above and beyond for his guests. I also have to mention my neighbour, Steven is nice, welcoming, and cooperative. I highly recommend this place!
