About this property

Sweet Beach House in the City! Great neighbourhood; family and pet friendly

  • Welcome to our home! It's modern and beachy; cute and cozy. There are two bright bedrooms on the second floor, with an optional third (right now it's an office). The main floor is open-concept with a large dining table and a full kitchen. The basement is finished with TV and pull-out couch, along with the second bathroom. We also have a private backyard with comfy patio set, BBQ, and a trampoline - for kids of all ages.
    We are in a friendly residential neighbourhood with excellent elementary and secondary schools within walking distance. Local shops, cafes, and a YMCA gym (with pool) are a 5 minutes walk. The beach is a 20 minute walk away and Downtown Toronto is a 20 minute train ride, so enjoy the best of both worlds!
    An hour's drive takes you out of the city, where you can find ski hills, hiking trails, farm and cottage country, and plenty of lakes and camping options.
