The Space:

➤ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels

➤ The kitchen is equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove.

➤ St. Lawrence Market on Front Street is just two blocks away. This world-famous attraction is known for its incredible variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, seafood, baked goods, and dairy products. It's a must-visit spot for food lovers!

➤ Other nearby attractions include Scotiabank Arena, just a 10-15 minute walk away.



➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Please note that this unit does not include parking, however, there are nearby PAID parking around the area. Rest assured that guests will be provided with a guide.



➤ Guests will have access to the entire studio unit. Please, make yourself at home!



The Neighborhood:

St. Lawrence Market: Experience the vibrant atmosphere of the St. Lawrence Market, where you can find fresh and diverse farmer's produce as well as artisanal goods.



Waterfront Activities: As the name suggests, the neighborhood offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities along the waterfront. Residents and visitors can enjoy cycling, jogging, rollerblading, and walking along the scenic Martin Goodman Trail. The Toronto Islands are just a short ferry ride away, providing beautiful beaches, picnicking areas, and bike rentals.



CN Tower: The CN Tower is one of Toronto's most iconic landmarks and a major tourist attraction. It offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city and Lake Ontario from its observation deck.



Rogers Centre: Home to the Toronto Blue Jays and various concerts and events, the Rogers Centre is a notable sports and entertainment venue in the neighborhood.

Cultural Institutions: The area hosts several cultural institutions, including the Harbourfront Centre, which offers art exhibitions, performances, and cultural events throughout the year.



Getting Around:

This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car.



Other Things to Note:

➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.



⮞ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Deliveries need to be picked up from the concierge, not taken to the unit door. Guests should come to the front desk to get their order. Just a friendly reminder to guests that any harassment towards the concierge will not be tolerated.
