The space
Enjoy a modern, luxury private basement suite with a separate entrance, designed for comfort and privacy. Guests enter directly through their own private exterior entrance — no shared indoor spaces.

The suite features a private bedroom, separate den, modern kitchen, in-suite laundry, and stylish finishes throughout. Bright recessed lighting and contemporary design create a clean, welcoming space.

There are no cameras inside the suite.

Self check-in is available via a coded door lock (code provided on the day of arrival).
One parking space is included on the driveway.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Outdoor smoking is allowed; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Maximum 2 adults. No pets.

Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire basement suite. Entry is through a separate private entrance and does not require access through the main house.
