Great location, apartment & host

The host is very communicative, and had plenty of comfy bedding and extra towels. The location is so great - close to all the tourist things plus amazing restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment has all the amenities we need and a nice, large kitchen. We had a great stay!

My daughter and I stayed here while she was attending a ballet intensive for the summer. It was exactly the space we needed, a two bedroom basement apartment. Listing said use of outdoor space but that wasn't available during our stay. Nice clean and spacious space in a quiet neighborhood.

Luxury 2-Bedroom House

Landlord was friendly and welcoming. The house was very clean and comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Check-in and checkout was efficient and easy. It was a very nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping near. If we have occasion to come back to the Toronto we will definitely stay here again.

Affordable Accommodations Near Toronto

This place is clean and an affordable place to stay when visiting Toronto. Everything you need is located close by. The keyless entry is great for late night arrival. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a nice entertainment area with plenty of seating for everyone.

We werent there a lot, we did a lot of exploring, but it was perfect for our needs. An additional mirror would be helpful so women dont have to hig the bathroom to get ready, but it was a minimal inconvienience. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Very nice, very clean, well stocked basement apartment in convenient neighborhood. Big kitchen and living room, only downsides, cramped bathroom and no independent hvac control, but temperature was comfortable the entire stay.

The property wasn’t bad at all. The host was quick to respond and very respectful. The apartment had everything you would need to sleep comfortably for a period of time. The only thing I had a problem with is that, the description doesn’t explicitly say that the host lives upstairs. I’m from USA, so this setup may be common practice in Canada. Truthfully, had I known that it was a basement apartment with the host upstairs, I wouldn’t have booked this location. My mistake for not inquiring further.

My stay

My stay was a bit rocky due the one night of me having no where to take my children and I was coming from out of town and he complained about them even cancelling my reservation and nearly kicking me and my children out at night and also said I was smoking in the home , came knocking the next day where I had to explain why and my children’s conditions and why they were there he then left and said it was fine then later on in the night sends a message stating I have to leave asap , I had to beg him to stay as I had no where else to go , I had to get rid of my kids until I left his place which was hard for me because we were already so far , , I’m a first time Vrbo customer and he didn’t make my first time with Vrbo comfortable , he lacks professionalism and how to speak to people , and seems aggressive until you get him to understand what’s going on , but once he feels that changes he uses words like annoying and to me it’s unprofessional, but otherwise his place was clean it was a nice little living space for a couple days despite the host experience I loved the home , the area was a bit tough due to me not driving me it was a peaceful area and a nice home space very clean .
