Communication was very good. They responded fast and were very helpful. Room was safe and still within walking distance of the airport and downtown.

Communication through email was quick. Good walking distance to everything. Was great for 5 of us with the extra bathroom, and 5 beds! Took a few times to figure out the entrance system to the building, but eventually figured it out with some help! 😊

Great place, but don't expect to check in early - communication really is poor from their end, despite the professionalism they virtue signal.
