It is consist of 1 master bedroom with Queen bed and the second bedroom in Den with Twin bed.

The space

This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

Guest access

Guest with 28 days and more reservations have access to the Gym, Indoor Swimming Pool and Hot Tub in the building. For reservations less then 28 days all amenities (gym, pool, hot tub) are unavailable.

According to the condo regulations every guest must provide their personal information prior to check in. We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment.We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in.Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.- Parking is NOT included in the price but there is the Public parking in this building.
- Pets are allowed in the apartment with a maximum of two pets per suite. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet.
- We have Travel Crib (for baby 0-18 month) and Bed Rails. 5$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.
***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500 CAD.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

- Pets are allowed in the apartment, pets shall not exceed 35 lbs(15kg) in weight each with a maximum of two pets per suite.If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet.

Dear Guest, Please take a moment to read the unit policies:
✅ The minimum age for booking is 18 years. ✅All guests are required to pay a $500 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded.
✅Check-in is after 3PM, check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible.
✅Pets are allowed in the apartment with a maximum of two pets per suite. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet
✅The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation.
✅ Please provide us with a photo of valid your ID: international passport, driver’s license, permanent resident card and a photo of yourself with the ID (a selfie with the ID). Please note that for our foreign guests we require a passport as an ID.
* NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.
** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you:
