Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath private space within a family friendly century home, surrounded by lush gardens, in Toronto's most efficient hidden gem location, Historic Weston Village. Private Entry & Driveway (1car), AirCon, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Wifi & Netflix. Heated bath floors. 1 tub/shower, 1 shower.
Location: 6 minute walk to Weston Train Station. UP Express Train every 15 minutes to YYZ Airport & Union Station downtown. 14 minutes from Weston to Union Station. 11 minutes from Weston to YYZ airport. GoTrain at Weston Station. Airport is only10km away.
The space The kitchen, dining, and living areas are on the main floor, as is the master bedroom and 1 bathroom. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms, a living area and another bathroom. All rooms would be considered as spacious and have a closet, dresser, night stands, and bed sconces for reading. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Two additional bedrooms have queen sized beds. The main floor bath has a curbless shower, while the other bathroom has a Tub/Shower. Both have heated floors.
The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep two. All linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a microwave, toaster and coffee maker and kettle. Other appliances can be made available upon request. There is a dishwasher and a clothes washer and dryer for your convenience and comfort.
New smart TVs wall mounted in the master bedroom and living area. Easy to use with all common apps such as Netflix Prime YouTube etc.
Guest access Guests have access to the entire place. A private driveway with parking for 1 vehicle. Additional parking available nearby. The backyard may be used upon request if available.
Other things to note Please note that our family would live on the other side of the home, separated by a brick wall with separate entrance and parking. Conversations and normal activity is not audible, but loud music/tv/kids play could be heard in a muffled state. There will likely be some noise that can be heard from downstairs mainly between 730-830am on weekdays and 730-10am on weekends.
Please note, while the main floor has 10' ceilings, the downstairs has lower than standard new build ceilings due to the age of the home. If you consider yourself very tall, this home might not be best suited for your stay.
House rules: * Parties and events are NOT allowed * Only registered guests are allowed at the property due to this being a family neighborhood. Exceptions can be made, but only with proper advanced notice and transparency. * Quiet hours in place from 11pm to 7 am
Please consider these notes prior to booking. There's an abundance of nice places in Toronto, please only book if you are comfortable with all stated rules. We would rather not rent than be disruptive to neighbors and the community. We hope you understand.
