"I had requested city views well in advance.. when we checked in the employee said we had a great view but all we seen was a building under construction. That was a little disappointing being the first time in toronto.. next time will we will ensure when we book a hotel our requeat is honored staff were awesome. "

"I didnt have the chance to try the breakfast, it ended at 9 am . Too early for someone traveling . What I found best was the shuttle service, specially since the hotel was located away from everything, not at all close to the airport as implied in the description. It is an industrial area with really nothing to do and too far from the city also. Would not recommend for tourists - No restaurant on site or in the near surroundings. "
