La limpieza de las habitaciones ha sido totalmente nefasta. Llegando incluso a tener que avisar para la limpieza de la habitación hasta en 2 ocasiones el último día, hasta que finalmente lo realizaron. Como positivo, está muy cerca de la playa. Y la comida es normal, aceptable.

Buscábamos un alojamiento para pasar una noche y superó nuestras expectativas. Las camas cómodas, tranquilo y limpio. Muy próximo al centro. El desayuno tipo buffet era muy variado (fruta, yogures, embutido, tostadas, bollería, etc...)

Un hotel muy normalito, nada especial, para una noche, como en nuestro caso, aceptable. Lo que no me gustó, es que se nos quedó una camiseta olvidada y no me la han devuelto. Les escribí el mismo día a través de Expedia y al no responderme los llamé por teléfono. Me dijeron que la camiseta fuera para la lavandería, al paso de los días cuando volví a preguntar me dicen que que la lavandería no la encontraban y que lo sentían pero no podían hacer más. Así que nos quedamos sin una camiseta oficial de fútbol, que no son baratas precisamente. Desde luego no volveremos, no hemos visto interés ninguno en solucionar el problema, más bien parecía lo contrario.

Usted estas segura que la camiseta se le olvido en nuestro hotel? En hotel no esta por eso hemos llamado a lavanderia(que es una empresa externa) y tampoco no encontraron nada .De hecho hemos hecho todo el posible para encontrarla .Lo sentimos mucho que usted valora las condiciones y el esfuerzo de los trabajadores con una camiseta que sinceramente dudamos que le habras olvidado en este hotel.Un cordial saludo

No tiene nada de especial, bien para pasar una noche y poco más. Disgustada por la falta de profesionalidad, ya que se nos olvidó una camiseta de mi hijo mayor y no huvo manera de recuperarla. Primero que la habían enviado a la lavandería, después que en la lavandería decían que no aparecía, así que sin la camiseta que nos quedamos, llamé en varias ocasiones y nada. Alguien se quedaría con ella. Una camiseta oficial de un equipo de fútbol. Desde luego no volveremos ni de paso, por este hotel.
