Private: terraced garden, 400 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, natural garden, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 20.May. - 01.Oct.). Terrace, public parking on the road. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 13 km, railway station "Perpignan" 22 km, sandy beach "St. Cyprien-Plage, Argelès-Plage" 30 km. Nearby attractions: Thuir 8 km, Collioure 35 km, Plages de St Cyprien ou Argeles sur mer 29 km, Castelnou Village de France 10 km, Espagne 30 km, Carcassonne 120 km.

Beautiful furnishings: living room with satellite TV, CD-player and DVD. 1 room, Low door height 180 cm with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Large, open kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Terrace partly roofed, large terrace 50 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). View of the garden and Church Sant Nazari de Torderes. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Please note: SEASON 2024 Swimming pool UNAVAILABLE Twisting construction on several levels with a central corridor from which one accesses all the rooms (sometimes by a few steps) as well as the large terrace by a steep staircase. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
