"The hotel is in excellent location . It is within 5 minutes of the markets and the hustle and bustle of the city. It has main Metro and tram lines within 5 minutes of walk, linking to the main city bus station (Terminal). The hotel rooms are air conditioned and well presented. The staff were okay but not very engaging / welcoming. The breakfast was good but could be better organised with the timings. The bed is not made every day … I think you had to request this. Very Basic cleaning was done...
