"Honestly, I travel a lot and not just in the U.S. and this place was one of the worst I’ve experienced. First, the property was impossible to find, no street signage whatsoever. We drove up and down the street 3 times. I finally googled it to make sure and told my husband it had to be right. We ended up going around back and there it was. My first impression was not good, but after the experience with the reception lady we just turned around and left, didn’t even stay the night. Someone had texted me earlier in the week asking if we wanted to upgrade our room. I agreed to the $25 up charge to upgrade. When I got there the lady acted like I was lying bc it wasn’t in her computer, even after I showed her the text. Then she said well the upgrade wasn’t available and the new girl must have forgotten to reserve it for me. I tried to ask if I had still been charged but she just kept rudely telling me there was no upgrade available. At which point my husband just said “We’re leaving!” We ended up staying down the road at La Quinta. "

"Everything about my stay was was excellent! The staff was kind and friendly. The only thing I would change is I would be able to close the curtains and/or shades. My room was right above the lobby and the parking/entrance, and it is very well lit and that is great however it made it to light in my room. "

"Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom, just what we needed for an airport hotel. The only downside is the noisy air conditioning but we just turned it off."

"Second day we left our room at 10:00 am, verifying the privacy sign was not on our door when we left. Returned at 5:15pm ( no privacy sign on door) to find room hadn’t been cleaned, no towels. We called guest services, front desk, operator with repeated no answer. Finally called room service and the woman who answered said the staff told her there was a privacy sign on the door. She blatantly called us liars and said that we “may get service sometime tonight.” Very disrespectful. I have never been accused of lying by a hotel employee! I will never stay here or recommend this hotel. "

"Convenient airport location, however shuttle service was limited, and desk staff misinformed when called about next pickup after landing. Had to take an Uber. Good breakfast, with cooked omelets, bacon and fruit."
