"When I arrived, I found out that my reservations had been canceled due to an issue with Expedia. The manager and front desk staff were helpful and did their best to fix the situation. However, I still had to spend almost 2 hours on the phone resolving the problem. In the end, the manager was able to reinstate the reservations, but they could only provide 2 out of the 3 rooms I originally booked. I did receive a refund for the third room. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in was in very poor condition. It had a strong smell, visible water damage on the ceiling, and the shower curtain was dirty with mold in the shower. The other room also had issues. my mom mentioned there were roaches."

"Breakfast was nice. Not fancy but it was nice to have several options. Staff super friendly. Our bathroom shower and sink weren’t great. The shower handle was off so we had to put it as far as it would go to get hot water. Pressure could have been better. Sink didn’t drain well but it was fine. Beds and pillows were comfortable. A/C was good. We loved having the extra space. "

"The staff at this establishment is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced as a paying customer was provided by a mean and unpleasant woman who looked miserable in the customer service department. She informed me that she wasn’t booking anything for me and that I needed to call my third-party booking agent to request a refund. I’m truly sorry that this is the representative of your business. I will never book another room there and will do my best to warn others about this place and this particular woman. "

"Location was great, off the interstate but far enough away to avoid noises. Housekeeping did not visit our room twice. Eggs on buffet were fake but rest of buffet was good. "

"So called claim from the franchise if your are not happy than it will be on us. Stayed 10 night wit the family. After 5th day no one bothers about cleaning the room. Told 3 different person from cleaner to manager still nothing. Than I got stuck in the elevator for about 90 min with my 7year old. Very poor management. Even after that no response from anyone in the team. Just false promises of making things right. Stay away from this property. "
