"The hotel was definitely clean and the staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast buffet had limited options but tasted good. The juice in the buffet was watered down with ice (you could see it in the juice container). The doors in the hotel room were not fitted in the frame properly so two of the doors in my suite would not close. The TV in the main area of my suite was missing its cables so it couldn’t be watched. "

When we got up to our room we saw it wasn't ready so i thought maybe we were given the wrong room so i went Dien and checked it was the right room but they were running behind staff shortsges (totally get that) so i went back up said we could just put our stuff in the room. Go in and see it was only one bed... there were 5...
