The home of the University of Kansas, this is a unique property that provides the travelers with 2 separate living spaces that can be joined along a common hall by opening a large sliding door. Each space is comprised of Approximately 700 SQ Feet. Suite #1 has a queen size bed, sitting area, dining area and a private bathroom with a glass block shower Suite #2 has a queen size bed, sitting area, dining area, private bathroom with glass block shower and Full Kitchen. This is the perfect accommodation for 2 couples traveling together or for a family of 4. Come and enjoy everything that Downtown Lawrence has to offer. Shopping, dining and nightlife are waiting for you just steps away from your front door. The University campus is just minutes away. A fit person can enjoy a casual walk to the north end of campus in about 15 minutes.

Great, cozy suite !
We really enjoyed our time here! Stayed with my daughter, who goes to KU, and it was so nice to have the whole suite(s) to ourselves. Super comfy, lots of great blankets, and cool decor. One of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in
We are regular VRBO’ers and this property was one of the best. The owners go the extra mile in every way (bottles of water, coffee, don’t even ask for clean up at the end of the stay?!), the location is incredible, and it was overall an excellent experience. Strongly recommend this property.

Great space for two couples!
Great location, easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Inside was lovely--cool old stone walls and contemporary amenities. One suite has a full kitchen (stocked with water and coffee but no cooking basics), and the other suite trades off by being a bit more spacious (it also has a small fridge and a coffee maker). Building felt private and secure. Comfy beds and bedding too!

Convenient, clean and comfortable accommodations
We enjoyed our brief stay as we toured the KU campus. The location on Mass St is great with so many dining options and stores. We were very comfortable in the apartment and liked having the two living/sleeping areas. We enjoyed the water, coffee and tea provided, and were very appreciative of the heightened cleaning measures. The beds were very comfortable! Jeremy provided excellent communication before and during our visit. We will return as we will be JayHawk parents in the fall!

Fantastic Flat in Lawrence
This is a beautiful space in a lively College town. Theres a ton to do in walking distance, and staying in your room is an easy option too, with full kitchen, free Netflix and a charming warehouse district feel, this is probably the best vrbo ive encountered. The host is polite and non intrusive, providing helpful suggestions and notes and otherwise leaving you to your experience. This is a great rental. I intend to come back

Graduation?
If you have a graduate and need a place for family to stay and gather, this property is the perfect place for you. It's location is in the heart of downtown Lawrence. The size is spacious and the unit is clean and comfortable. With two queen beds and completely separate units, our son and his wife enjoyed privacy in this space. We were so happy that we were able to stay here.
