Great Avenue
Great room , clean , modern , handy to shops. Well equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Only issue we had was the bed was very soft and did not suit us.

This property was excellent. Very clean, comfortable bed and central. Michele was very helpful concerning our late check in and all went well. Would highly recommend this Motel. Also, loved the choc cookies!!

What you would expect from a new motel, very clean and the friendly staff were great. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable and along with the noise from the motel next door we cut our 2 day stay to a one night stay. Would not go back again.

This would have to be one of the best motel/apartments We have ever stayed in. Easy quick check in, loved having the pin code, no key/cards getting lost.Beautiful clean rooms, washer and dryer in our room, comfortable bed. Also great to be close to all the food places. This place is our new go to in Toowoomba

Modern, crisply clean with great shower
Modern, simple and clean. Lovely bathroom with great walk-in shower. Only complaint was the mattress was a little too soft for my personal liking but still enjoyed a good sleep.

Avenue was an awesome place to stay! Michelle at reception was really lovely and welcoming. The facilities are also really nice and modern compared to the surrounding motels. This place is the diamond in the rough!

The Avenue is a great place to stay with awesome facilities Beds a super comfy and rooms were nice and clean without smelling like bleach. The technology built into the place is also high end which just makes it just a little more special.

Impressive easy check-in and check-out process. Extremely satisfy with our stay and will surely return! We were staying at room number 1 which was next to the reception and closest to the street. It can be a problem for those who's got exceptional good hearing like I do. You can be bothered by the noise from the traffic. Other than that everything else were perfect. Thank you for your great service and accommodation.

Regardless of the nice staff and reasonably new facilities the room we had on the ground floor was noisy. From the cars starting up outside our door, to hearing people go about their business in the bathroom above us in the middle of the night, to hearing a man in the room next to us talking on his mobile phone to 10pm, then his tv to 11pm then his snoring all night. Rooms upstairs might be better but overall I am sorry to say I was disappointed as I based my stay on reviews who said the place was quiet. Also there is no where to sit outside that is attractive ie an outdoor courtyard fenced with no outlook.

The motel is obviously fairly new and very clean and tidy. We stayed at the back away from the road and had a nice tree outlook from our balcony. Comfy bed and always enjoy having Netflix as we aren't much for being out late.

Wow! I've recently started spending a lot of time in Toowoomba, and as such have stayed in a lot of motels and hotels there. The Avenue Motel is by FAR the best I've stayed in and I will most certainly be back. The room was impeccably clean, very modern and completely self contained, right down to a cook top on the bench, washer and drier in the cupboard with an ironing board and iron! I've paid far more, to stay in places that aren't half as good. Private little courtyard out the back of the room, gorgeous rainfall shower head, full length mirror on the back of the front door, the softest motel towels I've ever used and a bed that was so insanely comfortable I didn't want to leave! The pillows were also an absolute dream to sleep on! It's the little touches that make a big difference and this place was full of them. The doors use pin codes, as well as a key card, which I think is fantastic. No more triple checking you have the key on you before you leave the room. The price was unbeatable and the room was second to none. Michelle was kind and accommodating, turning the heater and lights on in the room for me as I had a late check in. After I checked out the following day, I had a phone call from Michelle, who informed me I'd left my bodywash behind, offering to put it to the side for me to collect at a later date. So thoughtful. I would highly recommend the Avenue for your next stay in Toowoomba. 11/10!! I'll definitely be back! 😁

The bed was very comfy , the tv was great with netflix and prime ! the bathroom is huge and the reception was very nice and helpful we stayed 1 year ago as well when it was brand new , it was fantastic then and still is . cafe 63 across the road too
