Customer service was able to get in touch with the host so it luckily worked out, but it was stressful on the day-of still waiting on necessary information for our vacation. Cleanliness was just okay; there was loose hair throughout the bathrooms upon arrival. No extra blankets for beds. Kitchen supplies were okay, but definitely limited. I've stayed in these cabins before and other units were cleaner and offered more overall supplies for the same nightly price. "
