The breakfast was mediocre. At one point, the hotel lobby toilette did not have running water; there was a big drum of water with a scooper to flush the toilet and to be used to wash your hands. Totally unacceptable for a hotel! The towels were at times threadbare, and the pillow cover had edges that were fringed. The room needs additional floor lamps for illumination. The windows need to be cleaned. The staff were very friendly and helpful though.
I only stayed for most of my trip because of the location and convenience of having family members nearby. Several nieces lived in condos at Brittany Residences and the property was across SM Aura Mall where there were restaurants and shopping. The location is a plus.
