"Muito bom o atendimento, os recepcionistas e ajudantes são uns queridos. Piscina e bar excelentes. Pertinho da praia. Porém vi que na área externa da fachada tem algumas partes que despencaram (dá para ver da piscina), o que não passa muita segurança. Espelhos precisam ser substituídos pois já estão bem velhos."

"From check in to room cleaning to breakfast, this has been the worst Novotel experience I’ve ever had. I am an All member and this Novotel Gonzaga was far from being a Novotel standards. Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. "

"This is a luxury hotel and conference venue. The walk across the street to the beach (private and secured area for guests) makes it very comfortable and enjoyable. Food was very good, although the sushi bar was just okay. "
