"Simply amazing views and beautiful property. We booked a 2 bedroom villa, it was nice but the layout didn't work for us so the manager moved us to another villa with no stairs and it was perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful. The best part was the location, it is located in the south part of the island away from the busy tourist hubs of Fira and Oia but still close to many wonderful restaurants and attractions. I would suggest the following:
Install at least one more coffee machine in the breakfast room.
Provide rooms with their own plunge pools with absorbent mats outside the patio doors.
Warn guests about the difficulty in accessing the sea from the beach due to slippery rocks.

"Samaragdi Hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Friendly staff, clean rooms and less than 2 minute walk to the beach. They can assist booking excursions such as the Santorini volcano boat tour, which I highly recommend. I was upgraded to a pool view suite and it was stunning. They do not offer breakfast, but with so many options nearby, it’s not a problem. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"We just came back from a week at Marillia Village and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel grounds are beautiful and our room was really lovely and a great size for a family of 4, the outdoor area and jacuzzi was lovely.
The hotel is peaceful, the pool area was quiet and not busy/overcrowded with plenty of sunbeds. A very chilled out friendly atmosphere.
The breakfast was very nice.
The bar/restaurant we used a lot during the day and the staff are fantastic.
We hired a car and saw a lot of the island in the evenings with Marillia being in a easy location to reach and also a couple of minutes away from the beach with plenty of restaurants and beach clubs.
