The owner, the girl managing the front desk, told us everything we need to know, where to eat, where to shop, what activities are good, where to park, and more. She booked a volcano tour for us, we loved it. She arranged an airport-to-port transfer for us, basically, if you ask, she knows it and will help you. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. We had stayed there the year prior as well and the staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade - which was much appreciated! And, they will arrange for scooters or atvs to be delivered directly to the hotel (quite convenient!)
