We explained that our train had already been booked before and we could not change at the last minute. There was no mention of late check in fees in the listing and nor was she willing to take card payment for them. She met us at the apartment to demand cash payment and kicked us out when we were unable to do the payment for the additional fees she made up even...

"Gustavo was a very kind and helpful Host. His family is lovely and we enjoyed the swimming pool. We stayed there on our way to the Sevilla airport and it was about 20 minutes from there. My biggest surprise was the neighborhood which you had to enter with a locked gate and the entire development was inside of a fence with razor wire at the top. The house itself was clean, but the beds were not that comfortable."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Derby in Seville, Spain. The hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the convenient location and the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying at Hotel Derby again on my next visit to Seville. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in a great location."
