Casa Deco – Spacious Apartment Near the Center of Seville

  • Forget your worries in this renovated, spacious, and peaceful apartment. Located in an excellent area of Seville, right next to the Real de la Feria de Abril and just a 10–15 minute walk from the city center. The apartment is very well connected, with public transport just a few meters away. The neighborhood offers fantastic restaurants and is close to the Guadalquivir River—an ideal spot to enjoy Seville.



    If you are traveling with 8 people, I have a neighboring apartment that can accommodate 4 more guests.



    The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a large living room with an integrated kitchen, and a spacious, well-furnished bathroom with excellent soundproofing.



    It accommodates four guests: one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds.



    The house is completely independent from other residences, with its own private entrance.



    Other considerations:

    We do not accept groups of young people. All guests must be at least 25 years old.
