"Convenient location. Clean and spacious room with kitchen, microwave, refrigerator. Bathroom in good condition. Very reasonably priced. Safe and secured. Elevator is very helpful. We had two nights of good sleep. Very grateful. "
"Absolutely top-notch service! I highly recommend this place. Every single staff member here went above and beyond to help us with an unfortunate situation (which they didn't need to do, as they were not at fault) Bonus location that they are attached to a mall which makes getting quick items super convenient. Felt safe 100% of the time. As far as the actual stay, the apartment is exactly as pictured. It's spacious and beautiful. "

"The staff are very friendly and helpful, making every effort to ensure a positive experience for customers. We were happy to book additional nights on our return to Nairobi. "
"Rarely do i enjoy writing a review of a hotel because most are good but few are extraordinary. The staff (Peter at reception, Owen at breakfast) made every moment a relaxed and memorable stay. Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, a breakfast buffet better than any other I've enjoyed in 36 countries! Highly recommend! "
"The airport pickup was great at 2.30AM arrival and than check in was breeze, Hotel is in a busy CBD area so our stay was very comfortable as everything was close by, the business places, the shopping area, plenty of taxi's, restaurants, money exchange, SIM card office etc. The rooms were neat and tidy, the housekeeping was great. Had issues with the hot water shower but it was fixed promptly. The breakfast was not a lavish spread but good enough - value for money. Security was good enough at all times, Facilities didnt use due to time constraints at our side."
"The hotel was really beautiful, with a dramatic lobby & manicured grounds! The staff couldn’t have been kinder & more helpful. Restaurants were very good, reasonable & offered lots of options!
Only complaint was spotty internet, which was very frustrating!"
