Average Location, Subpar Experience Pros: * Excellent location: Very close to major attractions. * Tour friendly: Most local tour groups met right near the property. Cons: * Sparse rooms: The accommodations felt bare, barely matching the quality of a standard budget motel. * Strict towel rationing: The front desk refused to provide more than two towels, despite multiple requests. * Flawed bathroom design: The walk-in shower only had a half-glass pane. Water continuously flooded the bathroom floor during every shower. * Dry-up dilemma: Having only two towels meant choosing between drying ourselves or mopping up the flooded floor. * Unhelpful staff: The front desk personnel were unsupportive and indifferent to our requests. Summary: While the location is highly convenient for sightseeing, the lack of basic amenities and unhelpful service make it hard to recommend. Unless location is your only priority, you may want to look elsewhere.

The property has a traditional Mexican feel with high quality bed linen and products in their rooms. Fantastic customer service and the restaurant food is delicious.

The breakfast did not have any vegetarian options The cereals were not good Not any variety of breads It was not worth paying for the breakfast. The area is not that good either.
