"Characterful hotel in great location. Lovely rooftop terrace. Unfortunately no bar. Rooms a little noisy, soundproofing not good, could hear people in the next room. "

"Ceiling in the room was very low. I was put into an attic room. Card access to room stopped working. When I left the room somebody went through my room as the wardrobe doors were opened. Never had this type of experience in a hotel before. No apology, nothing. Steer clear. "

"What a beautiful place! The city of Toledo was picture perfect and this hotel captured just that. We had a beautiful room with a view from the terrace. It was such a nice quiet place to enjoy after a full day in the city. I will definitely look for this hotel again. "
