Wonderful property. Great location, charming rooms, on site parking, delicious breakfast. After a small kerfuffle with our bags at check in, the staff bent over backwards to make it up to us. They couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend and hope to return someday

City hotel with an excellent location, fantastic base to explore Toledo walking. A bit hard to get in and out but that is of course Toledo’s old town. They have a parking close to the hotel which is highly convenient as you can’t really park anywhere else in the old town. The staff were fantastic, very accommodative on any request we had. In particular, Julio and Lorena at breakfast time were always helpful, giving us tips about Puy de Fou, where to buy souvenirs, etc. They made our stay memorable. The rooms are a bit tired but clean and comfortable.

Clean and spacious room, very quiet, and an excellent breakfast. The staff were professional and attentive, the location was wonderful, and the interiors and common spaces were beautiful. Our favorite part was the amazing receptionist who checked us in and out. I have rarely encountered someone so genuinely kind, always smiling, and consistently helpful. She truly made our stay extra special. We would gladly return to this hotel just because of the outstanding staff.

Fantastic hotel in fantastic location

Really great hotel in the Jewish Quarter of the city. Across the street from the El Greco museum and easy walk to the historic center. AC was terrific on the hot summer days we were there. Nice little Italian restaurant adjoining the property. We would definitely stay here again!
