We did not have bfast. We used the laundry machines but was dissatisfied as the clothes did not come out dry. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
The hotel is a great location. Bus from airport stops only 1 block from hotel. Beware the shower area includes a Japanese style. Have to work out the shower in the bathtub. Only bbc news English Channel. There is a Macas and a English pub nearby for cheap eats.

Being right across the street from Shinagawa Station is the best part about this hotel’s location. Hotel staff were professional but were not the kind to give you the warm fuzzies.
