"We arrived around 11.30pm as we drove up from Berlin. We called in advance and was notified of our room hence when we got to the front desk (there was no one there), we could pick up our keys and head towards our room with ease. The one thing that could be improved is that although we had booked well in advance, the room was unheated when arrived and it took about 45 min to reach somewhat comfortable temperature. "This was our fourth stay at this hotel. It has changed hands over last several years but has changed very little in its nice and quaint historic appearance. Breakfast was good. A lack of air conditioning during the visit caused some discomfort, but higher temperatures were unexpected.
