"Leider hat das Zimmer komplett nach Katzenklo gerochen. Zimmer hatte immer noch Teppichboden. Auch alle Kissen und die Decke haben stark nach Urin gerochen. In den ersten 30 Minuten war der Geruch kaum zu ertragen, danach haben sich unsere Nasen leider daran gewöhnt. Außerdem war das Badezimmer sehr alt und schimmelig."

Aside from the on-site restaurant, the location was not walking distance from any restaurants or shopping. We had a rental car and drove to the nearby towns, which are only 10 minutes away. "This was our fourth stay at this hotel. It has changed hands over last several years but has changed very little in its nice and quaint historic appearance. Breakfast was good. A lack of air conditioning during the visit caused some discomfort, but higher temperatures were unexpected. This hotel is located within walking distance of most trail areas (and there are a lot of trail areas). "

"We had a family room which was very spacious and great for our stay. We visited Heide park and this place was 10 minutes away. The breakfast was great for a small place and had absolutely everything we needed. The hotel is a little old fashioned but clean and friendly staff. Cute house dog on site!"
