"No shampoo, no heater (it's very cold in the morning), you even need to ask for a bottle of water, which most hotels in Mexico already have in the rooms. Towels are rough. The bathroom is so small, I wonder how a large person could fit on the toilet."

"Very nice ambience, well maintained old hotel, it has a very unique traditional architecture, loved it. A couple of suggestions, it was a very hot weather and the rooms have no A/C nor a fan to move the air around! It’ll be nice to have valet parking as well ! Also, the mattress had a plastic cover which made us sweat a lot with the kind of weather! Overall it was a nice stay "
