"It’s a new hotel in a far industrial area. Do not recommend to travel at night. Humantla, Tlaxcala is about 25 minutes away. Even though is a new hotel, they have electricity problems. Air conditioner gave up due to electricity going on and off. Free breakfast is a plus! "

"Amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food at their restaurant was excellent too. I had a minor issue with my television not turning on but it was fixed by staff immediately. My only complaint is that I believe a maid stole some of my friend's souvenirs. Long story."
