"Very nice hotel. Excellent location just steps from the cathedral ad many museums, monuments. sculptures, many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a very good restaurant on the top floor with views of the city. There is also a gym with free weights and bikes. There was an issue with the reservation that was my fault and the night manager, Ricardo, spent a fair amount of time making calls and emails while also helping other guests. Due to his kindness, diligence, and professionalism, Ricardo resolved the situation completely for which i was very grateful. He did an excellent job helping me. Thank you again, Ricardo."

"McDonald's with a huge play place was nice. Right down the block was a huge strip of bars and restaurants. An AMAZING breakfast spot called Desayunador Pajarito a couple blocks north is a MUST! Just make sure you bring your own shampoo and body soap as thiers are sub par."
