The pool, hot tub, gardens, and terraces are 100% private for your party. Four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, full indoor kitchen and outdoor grill. Free parking. Ajijic center a short walk downhill.



    The Space:

    You have exclusive use of the entire villa and all outdoor areas—pool, hot tub, gardens, lounging areas, outdoor bathrooms, and walkways are 100% private for your party with no sharing with other guests. The living room and dining area open to your private terrace with lake and mountain views. Four bedrooms spread across two levels—fresh linens, hangers, and storage in each. Four-and-a-half bathrooms with hot water, essentials, and hair dryers. Full indoor kitchen with cookware, dishes, coffee maker, and gas grill in the outdoor kitchen. Free parking on the property. A responsive caretaker maintains the estate while respecting your privacy.



    Guest Access:

    Self check-in via keypad — follow the welcome app for building entry, parking, and apartment door codes. Message us before arrival if numbering is unclear.



    The Neighborhood:

    Ajijic / Lake Chapala — San Rafael sits at the town's highest point above the shore. Walk downhill to village restaurants, gallery strolls, and the malecón; mountain trails start half a block behind the house. Lake and Sierra Madre views from the property.



    Getting Around:

    Getting around Ribera de Chapala is straightforward and relaxed. Free parking on the property means your car stays put while you explore. Ajijic center is walkable, a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll that takes you through neighborhood streets lined with bougainvillea and local life. For broader exploration of Lake Chapala region, having a car is helpful—mountain towns like San Antonio Tlayacapan and Jocotepec are short drives. Guadalajara International Airport (Miguel Hidalgo) is approximately 90 minutes away by car via highway 200, the main route connecting the Chapala shoreline to the city. Local colectivos (shared vans) run regularly along the main road if you prefer not to drive. Taxis are available and reasonably priced for trips into Ajijic or surrounding areas. The property's caretaker and staff can arrange transportation assistance and provide guidance on the best routes and timing for local exploration.
