Nice modern room. The room distribution was great, it had a complete kitchen with a dining area and a good size TV and sofa. comfortsble bed and good size bathroom. The hotel lobby waiting area had 24/7 tea, coffe and snack's (basically fruits)

From the front desk to the cleaning crew everybody is super helpful. We came down to catch our Uber and we discovered it was raining and immediately we were offered an umbrella to take with us to our dinner no asking just immediately offered. They packed a lunch for us to take on our all day tour to Teotihucan. Then there is the restaurant Tezontle, you will not want to go anywhere else. The mixologist is an artist and service and food is 5 stars. We will return.

convenient and safe location, nice and quiet, with spacious and comfortable and impeccably clean rooms, easy checking and check out, but the best the friendly attention of all employees, especially those at the reception, what incredible and attentive human beings always willingly. I not only want to express mu satisfaction, but also my gratitude for my unbeatable experience at Casa Decu hotel.

The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Simply breathtaking. The whole check-in process was smooth and amazing. The bellman gave us a tour of the unit including the history of the property and even offered to take photos of us. All the staff was very helpful no matter the time of the day. I loved the community area providing 24/7 drinks and small pastries. Would definitely stay here again. I would keep in mind it’s a very busy area outside of the property and there was a lot homelessness at night/early mornings.
