"Exceptional hotel with an even more exceptional owner and host. This was the highlight of our trip because of its history, authenticity and warm reception. It is in a great location, walking distance to sights and restaurants.

"I had a great experience with this property. The host was amazing, very easy to communicate, he went beyond expectations and did everything possible and impossible to help us and make our stay comfortable. The property is beautiful and comfortable to stay, well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property and would come back again, "
"Staying at Giovanni and his uncle’s beautifully restored 16th-century palazzo was nothing short of enchanting. The moment I stepped inside, I felt transported—historic charm blended seamlessly with modern comfort, and every detail reflected the care and passion they’ve poured into this boutique hotel.
The location couldn’t be more perfect: right in the heart of Tivoli, just steps away from its stunning villas, gardens, and charming streets. It made exploring the town effortless and enjoyable.
Each morning began with a delightful breakfast, thoughtfully prepared and served with warmth. The freshness and variety were impressive, and it was the perfect start to our days of sightseeing.
Giovanni was an exceptional host—attentive, welcoming, and always ready with great recommendations. His hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable.
If you’re visiting Tivoli and want a stay that feels both luxurious and authentically Italian, this palazzo is an absolute gem. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

"Room was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was simple but delicious and staff was kind. Easy stop on a drive from Florence to Calabria. Good value for the price. Hotel is a bit outdated but everything is clean and functions well. Exactly what we needed as a family of 4. "
Elegant, well connected with private pool. With views over Tivoli Villa Adriana
10/10 Excellent
"This huge elegant house is a remarkable place to stay, the opposite of a bland holiday villa, it has cool marble floors & frescoes but somehow doesn’t take itself too seriously. We have 8 children between ages 2 to 16 and we were swallowed up in the massive rooms. All of the children enjoyed it: the pool, the massive basement playroom and billiard table, the great stone fireplace where we lit a fire one cooler evening in October. The host Lucia was extremely kind to us although we arrived very late because of heavy traffic and losing our way, and was readily helpful but respectful of our privacy during our stay. The enchanted fountains of the Villa d’Este or the Villa Adriana are a short drive, and Rome centre can be reached easily in under an hour by driving to the end of line B and taking the Metro at Rebibbia. This is in our opinion very definitely superb value for a larger group or family such as ours, who have a car to get around. We will remember the villa as a fascinating character whom we met on the holiday."
