- Nestled on the edge of Exmoor, this charming annexe, once part of an historic farmhouse, offers a peaceful retreat in a picturesque village setting. Enjoy direct access to the stunning countryside via a nearby bridleway. The Annexe is part of the Blackerton Ecocentre, a community-led renovation project.
There is plenty of living space with a large kitchen diner, with a table that seats 16; two lounges, one with a woodburner. Downstairs there's a basement pub/games room with a pool table and darts board. There are 7 bedrooms and plenty of flexibility in sleeping arrangements,

This is an annexe attached to our home so we ask you to consider noise levels. There should be no noise that can be heard outside after 10pm.
Early check-in/late check-out may be available but this must be requested and agreed to in advance and is usually charged at £25/hour.
