Felt like a crack house and the rooms had no toiletries no towels furniture was pulled off the walls floors were dirty and felt almost sticky / slimy check in took me almost a hour because there was a line on how slow the 1 person that was at the desk

The stay was great. Staff was very courteous & helpful. Especially the front desk manager Davis. We were not from United States & didn’t know the area at all but he was very helpful with all our questions. Keep up the great work. I will definitely book this hotel again if I am in the area

The room reeked of the smell of smoke the toilet in room 248 runs very slowly and the bathroom door did not stay shut. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Front desk personnel were friendly.
