"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was ongoing construction throughout the property, which was never clearly communicated beforehand. To make matters worse, the elevator was not working, which was very inconvenient—especially when traveling with a disabled person. The entire place was filled with dust from the construction, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable. This hotel should not be accepting guests while in this condition. Save your money and stay somewhere else."

"Love the place and beautiful view. Rooms are clean, I had 3 rooms one of room was very smelly like mold . They changed the room for us so, there was no issues . Breakfast is good and staff’s are very friendly restaurant is good too , however lunch and dinner menus are the same . VERY small spa and you have to make reservations for sauna and jacuzzi even then we didn’t get use none of them except for the massage. Everything was broken. Nothing was hot, cold Jacuzzi cold sauna cold steam room … close to beach but 10-15mins ride to downtown or anywhere. "
