The property is just a short 5-10 min walk from the main tourist areas which offers such a lovely respite from the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by lots green and open space. The front entrance is dedicated to a well designed and comfortable area for relaxing with a nice cocktail,cool breezes, and attentive service.

Nice hotel but not sure if it’s 4 star

Room was nicely decorated and hotel is in a good location. No air conditioning meant we had to have the balcony door open all night and the loud gravel and sensor light outside were a little irritating. Would also be nice to have a fridge and coffee making facilities.

Ich war beeindruckt vom Engagement des Hotelpersonals. Ob beim Einchecken, bei der Buchung eines Parkplatzes sowie beim Frühstück, das übrigens hervorragend war. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

Plus: Sehr gute Lage, Strand und Promenade schnell erreichbar. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal! Minus: Außenbereich sowie Zimmerterasse unsauber (sehr viel Spinnweben und Schmutz an Fensterrahmen, sehr viele "Bewegungsspuren" durch Gäste an den Wänden). Zimmerservice nicht täglich vor Ort (verschmutzte Handtücher auf dem Boden zum Wechseln lagen abends noch immer dort, Betten nicht gemacht...). An Sauberkeit könnte nachgelegt werden!!! Frühstück passabel, Buffet könnte ansprechender gedeckt sein. Hinweis: Statt Wasser mit Zitrusfrüchten versetzt vielleicht O-Saft anbieten. Nuss-Nougat-Creme nicht im "Billigglas" anbieten. Butter/Margarine evtl. in Einzelportionen anbieten, Käsescheiben-Platte besser einzeln belegen (der gesamte Käsescheiben-Block klebte komplett zusammen). Filterkaffee u.U. permanent in Kannen auf Tischen platzieren - als Alternative standen Kaffeevollautomaten im Raum. Warme speisen wurden direkt vom Koch zubereitet: Hier sollte man Rührei/Speck/Würstchen jedoch auf dem Buffet anbieten. Pfannkuchen o.ä. passen gut zur "Bedarfszubereitung" durch den Koch! Aus dem Frühstücks-Buffet kann mehr "gezaubert" werden ;)

Das Hotel liegt in der zweiten Reihe zum Strand. Toll eingerichtet, tolles Frühstück. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht dort und hatten ein EG-Zimmer, zwar modern eingerichtet, aber die Aussicht war nicht so. Dafür konnten wir schon früh das Zimmer beziehen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 👍

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und die Lage perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und wird immer aufgefüllt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt für uns war, dass es bis 13Uhr ging. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Hotel, die Spontanität und Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption sind durchaus ausbaufähig und vielleicht sollte man über einen Tisch und Stühle auf den Balkonen nachdenken, die Sitzsäcke sind nicht wirklich bequem für längeres draußen sitzen. Frühstück war super, vor allem, das es bis 13 Uhr zur Verfügung steht .

Wir waren sehr begeistert vom Konzept des Hotels. Besonders die exclusive Buchung der Roof Top Sauna war ein Highlight.Sehr angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und höflich.Parkplatz konnte man vorbestellen, hat super geklappt.Frühstück war sehr gut.Alles ganz frisch. Frisch geschnittenes Obst.Eierspeisen auf Bestellung. Hotel liegt zentrumsnah.Direkt vor dem Hotel ist nur durch die erste Häuserreihe der Strandzugang.

Das Hotel hat leider über die Jahre an Charme und Qualität verloren. Wir haben extra ein großes Doppelzimmer genommen und somit ein „teureres“ Zimmer gewählt. Wurden aber sehr enttäuscht. Fußböden und Wände waren total zerkratzt und „abgewohnt“. Zudem war das Zimmer noch genau neben dem Fahrstuhl, was nachts und morgens sehr laut gestört hat. Außerdem gab es keine Tür zum Badezimmer und nur eine Glastür zum Klo die halbwegs offen ist..Privatsphäre auf Klo somit nicht gegeben. Das wäre maximal ein Spar Zimmer gewesen.. sehr schade! Wir waren hier viel besseres gewohnt.

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Hotel fußläufig zum Ortskern von Timmendorf. Vielfältiges Frühstück. Leider sind die Bäder sehr klein und ohne Türen zum Schlafraum, sodass alle Geräusche und Gerüche sich verbreiten. Aufgrund der Badezimmer nur für Alleinreisende empfehlenswert.

Abends hat man im.Hotel leider nur die Möglichkeit in der Bar was zu trinken(wir waren im September da),vielleicht wäre ein Tischkicker,o.ä.nicht schlecht und eine Tee/Kaffeestation hat mir auf dem Zimmer gefehlt!Sonst sehr schönes Hotel
