The staff were extremely helpful and engaging at all times. The so-called gym is a room with four pieces of equipment and limited dumbbells (max weight 10 kg). There is no spa as advertised but the saunas and steam plus rest area were excellent. It's a pity that there is no outdoor seating other than a noisy smoking area.

Receptionist made me wait for a very long time before I could check-in. His female colleague did her best to run both the bar, buffett and check-in counter. He wasn't very helpful as well, nor was he able to put the right contact details on the invoice (all of which was taken care of by his colleague on the next morning). Apart from that: rooms are nice and comfortable, breakfast was varied, plenty parking availability and nice surroundings. I warmly recommend this hotel, but do improve on the training of your staff.

This hotel is not exclusiv at all, not worth the money just because its near the beach and ocean. And one lady that welcomes guest to the breakfast was starring as if she had never seen other people than Germans visit this place. Very weird! I would not recomend

Expensive

Nice hotel just 1 block from the beach. Very pricey for a standard room. We booked by hotels.com because they should have had free parking and EV charging. In reality we had none of it and had to chase for a parking spot in the streets instead and start the journey the day after with a charging stop in a village nearby. With no parking and EV charging €280 for one night is very pricey if you just need a sleep over.

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch schön ruhig. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Positiv zu bewerten ist auch die Lage des Hotels, da es nur wenige Gehminuten zum Ortskern von Timmendorf sind. Das Gleiche gilt für den Strand.
