"The whole experience was very bizarre. We couldn’t get a hold of the hotel to confirm check in (as mention on our itinerary it was essential to do) however none of the numbers provided worked, finally got thru via email and I was told someone would be there at 5. But our check in stated from 3. We arrived at 3 hoping we could get checked in only to be told by a lady eating chips on the porch that they “decided 3pm would be too early so changed it to 5pm but on your booking it will still say 3...

"Terrific accomodation! Very friendly and efficient receptionist. Large apartment with beautiful bay view and balcony. Free on-site parking. Laundry room for guests. Excellent restaurants located next to Panorama Motor Lodge property. Bonus:"Bay Hill" park across the street provides huge area for safe jogging and recreation/relaxation. We were especially thrilled to see several Blue Penguins march onto shore during nesting season. Highly recommend this property!"
