Located in the beautiful lakes region of NH with nice water views. Family run hotel at a great value . Stayed for a concert at the nearby BankNH Pavillion and it was very convenient.

Clean, A/C worked very well. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hallways and rooms very outdated. Going into the hotel from the back is reminiscent of the old horror shows, entrance light blinking …….. Expedia site failed to mention is was an Econolodge!

Rooms were clean. The exterior looks awful. Broken snd rotten boards. The back entrance door which was new was sitting on a VERY rotten board. At the rear entrance siding was hanging off the building. Service and rooms were good. Everything else needed improvement.

Wouldn't stay there again

Building as whole was extremely run down and deteriorated. Property wasn't well maintained. Hallways weren't dirty and didn't smell pleasant. Room it self was fine. Decently clean and obviously remodled compared to the rest ofnthe building/property.

Sheets were clean which is most important. However No hot water in shower. Tub water did not drain. One lamp didn't work. Toilet was not cleaned well. We informed the owner and he indicated they will be renovating soon which definitely needs to be done! Staff were friendly and courteous.

Under the couch to sleep had dirty,and have blankets inside. All of this was inside to pick on the couch. Also the door to the bathroom it would not close outside and outdoor.. The very pool is not opened because it's the terrible place. Unfortunately the room we set was very closed to the pool.

The hotel is outdated, but very clean rooms, I did not check bathtub, but toilet and sink area we're fine. I care more about cleanliness of floor and the bed was very clean and comfortable. I stayed in a single bed room, we requested a refrigerator for diabetic supplies and it was fine. No microwave in room, but microwaves at end of hallway. Breakfast was fine sausage egg cheese croissant that I heated in microwave, and bagels and toaster and fresh fruit and yogurt and coffee, orange juice and milk. Staff was kind and helpful when asked for anything. I will definitely come back and save money. Thank you so much!!!

This is right out of a horror movie.First, the BEST part of the stay was the actual room itself.It’s been updated within the last 15 yrs and was the cleanest part of the place.Outside the rickety door was a smelly, dark hallway with stained carpets that should’ve been replaced in 1990. The lights flicker In the hallway which allow you to see thru the windows to the indoor pool that has also prob abandoned in the 90’s. Dirty smelly crusty old place with 2 cellophane wrapped “muffins” and 2 stale bagels for breakfast. Room and bathroom were fine. I felt comfortable once I dragged the armoire in front of the door. I’d get my money back but the scary pics are worth every penny

Well this hotel is dated. Check in was simple. Seems the kids were helpful and nice. Room is dated, needs to be refreshed. Everything was unplugged. But beds were clean. Shower had no water pressure and probably from the 1970s. Had bugs crawling on shower curtain and some blood stains so that was nice. Room has 2 doors, one on the outside and 1 on the inside hallway. Kinda weird. Wife heard a noise later in the evening someone trying to get into the room. Spooked her. Ok, you need to google the hotel and ghost hunters FYI!!!!

I mean its a bed...

Girl at front desk was nice. The sheets were clean. The cable worked. The ac was cold. They were kind enough to call and let me know I forgot something in my room after we left...... The hallway smelled funny. The shampoo and conditioner and lotion were all half used (tiny travel bottles). The chair in the room was very dirty; as in you could srape the dirt off the arm. It had a bates motel vibe. Did not feel super safe with the people in the parking lot hovering and walking around the cars all day. Not workers just people there watching you bring all you stuff in. Owners did nothing about it.

The bed was clean and comfortable. That was the best thing. The room was dated. The tv small. The drapes were damaged and the blind was light filtering so let in a lot of light. The room had 2 doors. If you went out the front door and left back door with the deadbolt activated you couldn’t get in with the key cards. The front door was only an exit door. The key card could not be used to enter the room. The chain on the back door could be unchained by reaching my hand in and lifting it off the lock! The deadbolt was flipped so we couldn’t get in. Our room was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there! We didn’t really need it cleaned although we felt we paid for that. The towels were replaced on time when we didn’t ask. The second day we had to ask for clean towels! The place was about the only place left that was not very expensive but next time we may just pay the expense to stay someplace better. 3 out of 5 at best maybe a 2 out of 5. Staff were nice but felt the need to explain what we did wrong so we couldn’t get into our room! They gave us clean towels when we asked but didn’t apologize for not cleaning our room. Just barely ok.

Other than that it was a nice place to stay cuz it was close to The Pavilion and the rooms were very clean... The motel is ok if all you want is a clean bed to sleep in. While the motel is old, it is relatively well kept up. The continental breakfast was a disappointment-three cereals, some plain bagels, some bananas and tangerines, some really mediocre croissant sandwiches, some tiny yogurts,a toaster, a coffee machine that dispenses a tiny cup of either coffee or decaf both of which were lousy, and a small microwave.The room however was clean, as was the bed. There was a 32" tv with around 50 channels, and a small refrigerator/freezer. The door on the fridge however wouldn't stay closed unless I put it against the wall. The bathroom was tiny, the door barely clearing the toilet and had to be closed to stand in front of the tub/shower.The water pressure was bad, the sink faucet on full spewed a weak stream of water and the shower was just as bad. The location is right beside a busy road so road noise was an issue, but the upper units at the rear weren't so bad. There are lots of places to eat and drink within a few minutes drive, plenty of inexpensive gas stations and a Walmart a few minutes drive away. To sum up-a clean room with a clean bed...at the lowest rate for miles in every direction, but not much else.
