The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house."

"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

"We loved our stay at this cozy home. My husband and I stayed there for six nights. they were very accommodating to our needs . the house had everything we needed. It s two bedrooms, two baths was the perfect size for us . We were able to have meals and cook or go out to each. in a wonderful fireplace. Beautiful views. Everything we needed was close .
