Grand Hotel Tijuana
Room was clean. Bed was broken at the baee feet area. When you dat it sank. I didn't say anything to staff. Great centrally located. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of staff speak english. I would highly recommend!

Hotel Grand One Plaza
Location is great. Near shops and restaurants. Staff was very polite. However did encounter an unfortunate water shortage/outage during our stay that caused some inconvenience and discomfort.

Hotel Hacienda Aguacaliente
The service was great, literally two minute check-in. Everyone was very attentive. The lighting in the room is a little strange and you have to ask for an iron and a hairdryer. There was also a power out for like three hours in the middle of the day, but other than that, everything was good.
